Haven is early. The website, the chat, the agents we describe, and the way any of it behaves can change without notice. We may add features, remove them, or pause the service entirely. If that affects something material to you, we will say so on this page.

Capri's replies are generated by a large language model. The model can be confidently wrong, miss context, or invent details that sound plausible.

Do not rely on what Capri says for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Treat it as a conversation about Haven, not as authoritative information about anything else. The AI Disclosure page has more on this.

The Capri chat runs on public-internet infrastructure and we store what you send. Please do not share government IDs, health records, financial credentials, or anything else you would not want to be logged on a server. Haven's eventual local-first product is designed for that kind of trust. This demo is not.

Use the service in good faith. Don't try to flood it, break it, scrape it at scale, or use it as a free LLM endpoint for unrelated tasks. Don't use it to harass anyone, to generate content meant to deceive, or to extract material that infringes someone else's rights.

We may rate-limit, block, or filter requests that look like abuse. We may also review chat transcripts when we are investigating misuse.

The service is provided as it is, with no warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, accurate, and honest, but we can't promise it will be available, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or anything Capri says. If you do incur direct losses that we are responsible for, our total liability is limited to what you paid us to use the service, which is currently nothing.
